*Appearance: Katherine is of a petite build, sporting sharp gray eyes, a smooth, rounded and blemish-free face, red hair cut into bangs in the front and tied as a spiky ponytail in the back and plump lips. Her body isn't as tall as a normal girl, but she gets by enough. Her size actually gives her great stamina and surprisingly exceptional strength, enough for her to fight unarmed against a giant, despite being human. She has large C-cup breasts, noticeably her wide hips and a rather "large" rear that fits with her rather small build

*Items/Apparel: Katherine dons a black and silver armor set that leaves her stomach and lower back exposed, a battle skirt that doesn't suppress the size of her rear by much, but makes her look slimmer, and greaves and boots that leave her thighs exposed. She keeps her giant 7-foot sword on her back strapped across her torso. The sword is sentient and only makes itself light for Katherine to use

Personality: Katherine is more or less Chaotic Neutral. She does whatever she wants, and isn't restricted to moral alignments such as Good or Evil. Being Chaotic Neutral gives Katherine the ultimate form of freedom. She treats friends, families, and strangers all the same, which is with sincerity and kindness. However, she loves a good fight and will try to get into a good fight whenever may be

Name: Menilasifac Torashimalin

Gender: Female

Race: Toquiaque (A race believed to be a mix of artificial creation and orgaic crations they form as copies of people how have had, or have a chance to have, an immense impact on the world (Like Julius Caesar) but, while physically identical to their original (Save for silvered hair and amber eyes) are essentially a mental opposite. Where someone may despise magic, their Toquique may end up going rogue in seconds due to an addiction to it. Toquiaques that have no originals (known as 'Telashim Toquiaques') are always above the created ones and half-breeds are seen as slaves to the Toquiaque society. All toquiaques are immune to Chronomancy)

Age: She was formed 19 years ago... despite this she has the mentality and knowledge of a 35 year old.

Class: Mage (Specializes in Baromancy and Illumomancy and is able to use the latter as a substitute for Tenebremancy.)

*Appearance:
A tall woman at 7ft 1in with a ghostly pale complexion. Her hair is silvery and several bangs spike out of it from the back. Her amber eyes are unique in that the right one has a purple flame-like glow emitting from it. Her body has an almost anorexic build, but one should not be deceived by this. From her back extends wings of a most unique nature. The core of them are black and curve slowly towards her feet, with them each having a length of 6ft. Silver vertebrae-like protrusions adorn it's length, totaling 10 in number and each being 5in wide. Some of them have large single-piece blade-like additions. These have some pink hues to parts of them and are sharp enough to rend even reinforced steel.

*Items/Apparel:She wears simple garments, matching her silver-white colour scheme, consisting of very short shorts that are left slightly open at the front (no more than an inch) and a small tank-top tied around her bust, as it's small size does not fit fully around her D-cup breasts which are, as one would expect, kept in place by a simple bra. Her arms are also cloaked in a tight-fitting separated sleeve that starts just below the armpit and ends at the wrist. She also wears lengthy stockings that stop half-way up her thighs and extra padding around her lower leg in the form of a shin-guard. A pair of silver high heels finishes the ensemble, the clothing made entirely of silksteel (a silk with tensile strength enough to be stronger than steel when woven into a fabric).

She carries an immense scythe and wields it effortlessly with one hand. The haft itself is 8ft in length with the blade sitting at 2ft long and is a deep black, the rest a mix of silvers, pinks and purples. The inside edge of the blade is serrated in a way that pakes it appear, from the side, that the blade was cut from material that had been previously used for a cog. The Scythe is named "The Watcher's Gaze".

Personality: Calm in all things... until angered. She is very secretive and is averse to getting close to people. She seems to still hold a hatred of her deceased original. She treats the Chosen as a tool without wording things as if she's using them (More making it sound they are using her) purely for the benefit of her kind.)

Gender: Female

Race: Shader kai/human

Age: 20

Class: Rogue

*Appearance: With silver hair and grey eyes, Maria obviously has some shader kai in her along with the flexibility and strength of said race. However she is also distinctly human in her appearance. She wears garments the cover her entirely and keep her respectable while still giving her great flexibility. When working she covers her face with these garments as well, but uncovers it in public.

*Items/Apparel: 8 daggers hidden on her person, as well as a collapsable titanium bow for stealthy kills and for grappling lines. Her garments are made of thought cloth, a material that changes color with your thoughts, though in time and frequent use it fades and everything takes a greyish hue, and so must be replaced every month or so.

Personality: Maria is friendly in appearance, but until you become her friend and she gets to know you well, it would be unwise to try and ambush her or threaten her in any way. Until you are your friend she is constantly ready to kill or injure you, even if you don't notice it as such. She also doesn't react very kindly to anyone who tries anything with her. You might not want to talk to her when she is grumpy either, or get near her when she is asleep.

Gender: Male

Race: Human

Class: Warrior

*Appearance: John wears no upper clothing, leaving his chest bare, he wears the lower half of a tattered brown robe. His body is covered in scars and bruises, due to people not taking kindly to his lunacy. His face is clean shaven, and his hair is messy, brown, and unkempt. His face also has several scars. He is blind, and wears bandages wrapped around his eyes.

*Items/Apparel: A worn wooden combat staff, and a steel shortsword. Neither have any special qualities

Personality: John is a raving lunatic, to put it bluntly. He is always talking about some random apocalyptic event, none of which have come true as of yet. He always has an obsession with a random object, which changes about every week or so, some past ones include: Money, Food, strangely shaped rocks, swords. He is generally kind to people, even those that treat him weirdly or cruelly. He is only ever mean to those that initiate combat with him.

History: He lead a fairly normal life for a while, until he encountered a witch in a cave while out adventuring. The witch cursed him for bringing weapons into her home. The curse was that John would suffer from insanity, and have visions of future apocalyptic events, most of which would prove to be false, and he would also suffer from amnesia. He was transported back to town, where he became the local lunatic and fool. He is often given handouts by those who think he is some kind of begger or entertainer. These handouts are what keep him alive these days, since he is no longer fit to adventure. He still retains all his fighting and adventuring abilities, however.

In a sense, it's "alive". In this case, it has enough of a conscious to only recognize Katherine as its wielder. Nothing less, nothing more

Ah okay. I guess that's alright then...

Coake: Unless the witch had really old magic, like incantations, demonic powers, cauldron and such, curses like that would be impossible... like I said before, TFA is mostly elemental. HOWEVER, since Vulkan's char can morph into separate entities and van has a semi-conscious sword, it's alright. Accepted

Mech: just play fair with the gravity thing. Would really suck if our characters got blown into space he eh. How's about the longer/higher she controls gravity, the higher chances for going rogue? Just to make things ffair. I know you're not a godmodder from experience so I'll let it go.

The most she'll use it for is like lightening/weighing down objects doing weird throw-y tricks with her scythe and such stuff... if she does use it on someone directly not only will it cause a battle of minds (she has to overcome their will to not be affected by the magic) but will also weaken her severely. Even then the most she can do without going rogue is like lift them off the ground for a couple of minutes... Then again... she does have a loophole for that: She uses it on what the victim's wearing/holding.

Name: Riff Jackal

Gender: Male

Race: Human

Age: 25

Class: Mage (Earth and later Water)

*Appearance: A man of average size with no peculiar physical body traits. Riff has a tanned body, short white hair and blue eyes. His face is generally always shaved and tries to maintain a good look at all time, whenever he has time to groom himself.

*Items/Apparel:Jackal wields nothing more than a staff made of ebony and casual mage clothes. The staff is magically enhanced so it can hold its own against heavy weaponry, should Riff need to defend himself with his staff in last resort.

Personality: Jackal has a wicked design for the world, and his ambitious mind makes him do what most wouldn’t dare try. He cares very little for morality and people’s safety to accomplish his goals. He is not a loner, but his arrogant and violent personality tends to shoo people off. He has no sympathy for the weak, especially those who are non-Mages, and even has a hard time considering other Mages as his equals. Due to a tremendous mastery over Earth magic, and the large possibility it brings, Riff is arrogant and is not shy to show off his power.

**History: Since he was little, Riff always thought that the mightiest are the more fit to rule this world. As such, he was often found as leaders of little groups of rebels trying to prove themselves to the world. The days spent trying to prove himself to be the mightiest was a great asset in his training as a Mage, even though he didn’t properly trained under another Mage.

Jackal lived for a long time as a young roaming outlaw until his situation changed for the worse when he met a group of ambitious Mages. They thought of only those wielding magic to be fit for living in the world, and the most powerful would be at the head of this society. With a mindset such as his, Riff joined those Mages shortly after they created an organization known as The Chosen.

Nowadays, Jackal is part of The Chosen and aims to fulfill his vision of the future with the group. Little did they know themselves that the man they recruited has designs of his own.

For those of you who don't know already, the Chosen HQ is a village hidden by a mixture between air and light magic. The barrier looks and feels like a mountain to those it doesn't open up to. The village itself is very Stepford wivesee, with equality throughout. Bedrooms and square footage are given according to family size. The commerce is trade. Everything is free because everyone is given a job. Earth mages grow fruits and veggies, water mages ensure indoor plumbing, fire mages ensure heating in the winter time, and light and wind mages are usually working on the barrier.

I'll be putting up a bio for the Chosen here shortly.

Edit: decided I wanted to do twins. Fun times! Anyways, two of the shadowy figures are claimed by me. Chosen characters are free to fill the other two spots.

Chosen Twins:Name: Guilio and Rhea Thorne

Gender: Male and female

Race: Hymen No, Guilio, not that! Human! HUMAN!

Age: 22

Class: Rhea can do stuff with the water and air and GUILIO SMASH! (Rhea = Mage, Wind and Water. Guilio = Warrior, blunt objects)

Appearance: The female of the twins has a very slender build. Her hair is black, straight, and long. She has pale skin and deep auburn eyes. She's good looking if you're into sinister folk. Guilio is tall, built solidly of muscle, and bald as a bowling ball. His head is slightly square shaped. His eyes are a soft brown.

Items/Apparel: Guilio use big hammer! GUILIO SMASH! Rhea wear clothes. No have big hammer. Little pointy sharp thing. Like shiny coins too. Keep it in pouch on hip. Guilio no can touch.

Personality: Rhea smart one. Rhea say "Guilio do" and Guilio do's it. Rhea make mean snarl face sometime. She not very happy person. Guilio like butterflys and cant...cantahloops. Orange circle sweet thing.

I'm tempted for Terorahron and Katherine to just sit down by those two and talk. Like.... real talk

I'll take one of the two remaining mysterious figures who recently entered.

Ok...I am so missing something here. What is chosen? Who's the bad guy? Whos the good guy? Who do I kill? Who do I befriend. I might just learn with my character but a basic summary would be nice.

Chosen are genocidal. Pretty sure that obviously makes them the bad guys. Mages are, as a general rule, shunned by society when they aren't outright lynched.
