Sorry it took so long to respond, I was in bed with a fever for a couple days. Drummy I really like the second one (Salem) but all three are really good.

No need to apologize Mist, a few characters from DC is just fine.

Gender: Male
Age: 37
Appearance: Kailan stands at 6'1 and weights around 170lbs, rather tall but not very scrawny, sturdily build, with a fairly slouchy posture, perfect for a sneak thief. Standing on his fairly high neck, a square shaped, a cadaverous face with with a fair complexion, a pointy chin with wide cheekbone structure, covered with a stubble beard and deep set eyes to compliment his face, colored exotic emerald green.
His voice has a hoarse and throaty tone to it, but also there is a strange contrast and a small trace of lilting within.

Considering Kailan's job description, his clothes reflect that, being all colored black in an attempt to blend in with the shadows, his headgear consist of a hood, and a black scarf wrapped around his neck, but can also be brought up to cover his face like a bandanna, incase of detection or need of concealment, below that is a black, buttoned up medieval jacket made of light fabric, complimented by a regular set of black pants and boots. Wrapped around the waist is a dark brown belt filled with pouches for his numerous tools and gadgets, each pouch made of polyester.

Belongings: Kailan has a number of things he uses to ensure his illegal endeavors don't go wrong. In his numerous pouches one can find lockpicks, mini saw a brass hammer and magnifying glass, along with a rope hook he uses to climb unreachable locations.
His arsenal of weapons is limited, he carries a short sword on him incase he needs to engage in direct combat, but his most deadly weapon is his short wrist blade he uses to take down enemies quietly and silently, he can take most people down if he's able to get the drop on them.

Skills and abilities: Kailan has all the skill of an experienced thief, a very acute sense hearing, smelling and eye sight that allows him to comprehend, understand and study his surroundings really well. He's also gifted with very athletic agility and the ability to get over and around obstacles, quietly.
But the most important and most valuable skill is his ability to blend in with the shadows, dashing from dimly lit location to another, when Kailan is in a dark environment, he's almost invisible unless someone gets really close, practically touching distance. He has limited combat abilities, and may be able to get out of a scrap with a person or two at best, but against experienced enemies or large numbers, he's easy prey in combat. He's specialty lies within heists, street level pick pocketing and stealing directly from a person, he isn't too good at, and there is a very good chance of him messing up.

History: You'd most likely be expecting the story of a kid, living in poverty in the streets, thieving his way through life. But no, it would be quit the contrary. Kailan was born into a wealthy, high born family, the only heir, so to speak. He was practically noble blood, everything he ever wanted was at his whim, a dozen of servants under his command, he was quite literally fed with a silver spoon, and his mother and father had plans to secure him a position high up the food chain. Kailan's high social status left him relatively alone, he was home taught and didn't meet or have any real friends, as all that he was constantly hammered with was what a great minister he was going to be. But, that mattered little in his youth. Ever since he could walk he was taking things he wasn't supposed to lay hands upon, shop lifting and breaking in to places and taking whatever caught his eyes. During his early teenage years, almost every location he would walk into, he would take something he shouldn't have took. His family's wealth and power covered up any of his crimes that could be traced back to him, and the thrill of stealing never vanquished inside, and no matter how many times his parents threatened to pull the rug under and leave him with nothing of their vast wealth.
A few years later in his mid 20's, his parent's forcing him into a rather reclusive life style, definitely had an effect on him, unable to really understand or make friends. Nonetheless, his parents were getting older, weaker and more ill by the day. They passed away after a long struggle with disease, leaving him all their fortune and power, but he relinquished his position and duties to his servants, wanting to be free of the bounds of nobility, instead donning the cape of the night and with a large sum of his fortune should he ever need it.

He left his home town, looking for more opportunities of theft. After a few successful heists on many of his high born ''neighbors'', Kailan started moving around, stealing from whoever had the means to live in luxury, building quite a reputation for himself among the small communities. Tales of a thieves guild out in capitol Battleonia caught his ear. He set out Alavey, and although it took a bit of effort and quite a bit of coin to gain, or rather buy himself a quick entrance, he was finally a part of the guild, an associate, they called him. The irony of buying himself passage into a guild of thieves was not lost on him, but he didn't care, he just wanted a place to be in.

A handful of years went by and Kailan became a pretty established member in this band of thieves, he was willing to do anything as mundane as forging a signature, to storming a mansion and stripping it clean off of its valuables. To the benefit the guild or as a form of vengeance by one noble to another in the little game they liked to play.
Naturally, after years of service Kailan was eligible for becoming a partner, a member of higher standing in the guild and someone with more authority, but he declined. The way he saw it, he left to escape his responsibilities and do what he loved doing, and such he's one of the oldest and longest standing associates in the guild.



Personality: A professional? you could say so, but not entirely cold or brooding. Kailan is a fairly laid back, but with a quite cynical outlook on all that's around him. He operates under a strict code, he   he does not steal from the less fortunate. Perhaps you'd think this is due to a noble soul in him, fighting for a good cause, but it really isn't. He just sees no fun or challenge in it.

Actually he can be quite selfish, part of his somewhat big headed demeanor is that he sees killing as below him, something a professional wouldn't do. He also doesn't steal from the less fortunate merely because there isn't much challenge nor thrill in it.
He is not easily tempted nor angered, his experience making him more aware and cold to things such as taunting, he also doesn't form too many close friendships, instead seeing everyone as an acquaintance, mostly to avoid it potentially coming back to bite him, and more so an effect from his parents strictness with him.


Notes: I personally took inspiration for this character from Looking Glass Studio's Thief and Suckerpunch's Sly Cooper, blending some aspects from each character and adding a bit of my own touch.

I will be explaining how power will be limited IC. Just to be clear t

gods or god-like characters are still going to greatly out-class everyone else. They just won't be able to snap their fingers and create something out of nothing and all that...

The limitations of your power are up to you but I suggest not changing your abilities at all, just make them work on smaller scales if need be. If you feel your char is not OP, you may choose not to change anything at all. I am hoping everyone will be fair and use common sense.

She is gifted to the point that she can instantaneously perceive the exact travel path of any moving object based on complex physics formulas and calculations. She is also well trained and naturally talented in both swordplay and acrobatics. These attributes are enhanced by her alien interface.

Powers: The helmet she wears is a high tech interface of alien origin designed to weaponize children for an intergalactic peace keeping force. Besides including a detailed HUD that broadcasts using the entire electromagnetic spectrum and analytical software, it heavily improves the wearers mental facilities and body functions (including enhanced relfexes, muscular and skeletal density, and metabolic rate), and allows for survival in extreme enviroments including the vacuum of space. Similar to the way it enhances the body, it can enhance other weapons, tools and technologies the host comes into contact with to space age levels.

It transforms her clothing into a dubarable all purpose and highly adaptable armor. It maintains its dark blue coloration and looks to be made of a multilayered heavy fabric of some sort. It is lightweight, flexible, and more durable than any smart metals producible by earth's current technology. IT also provides ample shielding from extreme temperatures and energy. When pushed towards it limits, it will focus its defense in one area at the cost of others.

It transforms her shoes similarly to her clothing. Besides protective capabilities it offer antigravity tech allowing her to run up and balance on any surface. They soles can help generate and withstand enough force to reach heavily enhanced speeds.

It transforms her wooden shinai into a katana like blade made out of a smart metal alloy comparable to a blend of vibranium and adamantium. The weapon is light weight, incredibly sharp and durable, can reach temperatures high enough to melt steel, vibrate at a high speeds, and it has thrusters towards the top that allows it to increase its speed and force or even change directions midswing.

history: Emi lost her parents at a young age during a raid that she is still unsure about the nature of. During the event, the head of the giant teddy bear her father brought home from an international journey was severed from its body. She was found by the please holding the bear's head and crying over her mother's body. When the police took her into protective custody, the helmet and her clothes were the only possessions she brought with her. The bear was installed with an alien technology that was designed to hide in child toys of planets to find children fit for warriors of justice. Children were sought out because of perceived innocence, and the adaptability required to survive bonding with the A.I. Following the talking bear head, she put it on over her own head, being transformed into the first child superhero of Earth. She was eventually adopted, but lived a relatively normal life aside from her nightly escapades and the distance she kept from others to protect her secret.

She has been an active crimefighter for the last decade and has earned respect from the media and a cult following despite some public backlash for her use of leathal force, and has been trained by two older now deceased non-superpowered costumed crime fighters, one of whom gave her the mantle Samurai of Justice that has yet to catch on with anyone but herself.

Peresonality:As an experienced hero, an agent of an inteplanetary peace force, and one of the few remaining practitioners of bushido, Ursa Minor is cold and calculating. She stays distant from others and presents herself with an air apathy. She is softspoken and slow to speak, perfecting the words in her mind before voicing them aloud. In battle her mind is sharp and her hands are steady. Nothing rattles the nerves of a true samurai, and nothing slips by their keen eye for detail. She is bound by a sense of justice and chivalry, never failing in her duty of humble service to those who cannot protect themselves.

As a young teen Emi is unsure of herself. She is easily slighted, quick to anger, and prone to emotion driving kneejerk reactions. She is selfish, arrogant, jumpy, impulsive, and hungry for soial acceptence. Both of these conflicting emotional forces make up her trueself and are present and struggling for dominacnet whether she is walking the streets as a civilian or the greatest hero of her generation.

Age: Appears as a 22 years old young man
Race: Enhanced Human

Appearance: An alluring young man dressed in black from head to toe, bearing silver long hair and red eyes to complete his already pale skin. He is about 6 feet tall and nearly weighs 150 pounds. As clothing, he wears an elegant black suit, outfitted with unusual clean and expensive shoes that go along well with the suit. To add a weirder look to his gravekeeper occupation, he wears a top hat, its base long enough to hide his eyes. However, all of his clothes are concealed underneath black robes. He has a wide array of strange jewelleries, from skull earrings to devilish-looking rings and a wicked belt.

Height: About 6 feet tall
Weight: Around 175 pounds
Eyes: Bloody red irises
Hair:Silvery white
Skin: Snow pale
Markings: On his torso and arms, there appears to be tattoos of arcane origins marking his body

Personality:Unheard of any member of his occupation, Maximillian is a most jovial man, extraverted and always welcoming. Being in solitude due to his job, he seeks to laugh when he speaks to other people, though his humor his quite dark. He loves to pull pranks on people, as he also loves to see people trying to pull one on him.

Although a charming fellow, he is extremely secretive about his past, always focusing on the present and caring little about the future. Even in the darkest times, he keeps on grinning and steps forward with promises of a better future, even in death. He is a dreamer, often found gazing at the sky when he is standing outside doing nothing.


Background: Maximillian used to own a funeral home where he devoted his time into making coffins, funeral urns and apparels for funerals. Most of what he did before then is shrouded in mystery. Nowadays, after his home was put to the torch in account of rumors telling he waspracticing foul sorcery, he wanders aimlessly, helping those in need after Death knocked at the door on recently dead relatives.

Abilities: For someone of his occupation, Maximillian has a vast array of magic and powers related to death and similarities. The most common of magic is the ability to manifest things, usually death-related stuff, like coffins or skulls, but those spells really aren’t used in his everyday life. One day, he would be surely called to battle where he can make full use of his magic, but his current situation doesn’t encourage him of using such.

-Necromancy: Maximillian has a wide array of Necromancy spells to help him either further his tasks or be used as a nuisance for someone else. He hasn’t used Necromancy is years, finding little to no interest of using this, since he never gets himself involved in a fight. However, he has a knack for scaring children playing in his graveyard late at night by bringing back a zombie from the grave.

Name: Amat Ceras Arasu (Known to many as 'Hellish Purity')
Age/Race/Gender: 1619 (Only remembers the last 800 years clearly, the rest before is forgotten due to a forced amnesia)/ Half-Seraph Half-Balor/Female
Appearance: Were it not for the racial differences she would look like she was merely 17 years of age. However her heritage grants her six angelic wings, the feathers a whiteish yellow, and demonic horns, that curve from the temple towards the ears then sharpy around towards the front of her body. She also bears a 3ft barbed tail as well in a reddish hue, unlike her skin which is a rather pale white in colour. She has jet black hair that falls to her c-cup bust along with amber eyes.

Armor/Clothing: A battle-dress designed to protect and be formal. It is decorated and coloured with whites, golds and reds that reveals her heritage. The dress also comes with an extra attachment should she require a mount.
Weapon(s): Aegis of the Celestials: An Elemental Aegis (Mindlinked orb that shifted, with a small delay, into the required form. Only the being it is mindlinked to can manipulate it) made of angelic and demonic energies in an unusual unison.
Other: A Bronze amulet with an odd glow to it. It protects her mind from those who wish to affect her memory and is a keepsake from one she loved in the shape of a panther head, on the back is ingraved, in demonic runes, "Unton".

Physical Skills:
Rage Boost: A natural effect that boosts her speed and strength at a rate directly proportional to her rage.
Angelic Heritage: Due to her ancestor's closeness to light She cannot be blinded
Burning one: Seraph blood prevents her body from being set alight.
Splitter: A heavy swipe with the Aegis in the form of a large bladed weapon aimed at the joint of armour to rend and remove the targetted piece. If aimed for the helmet it can cause the helm to split or cave in.
Feather Dart: Any loose feathers on the wings are launched out of the wing toward her foes, set ablaze. These are not used toinjure, but instead to set clothing and other flammable materials aflame.
Magical Abilities: Pyre Shot: A simple spell that launches a unique ball of flames. Not in shape but in source... half of it is demonic and the other half is angelic. Both equally as deadly. This will stick to a surface and detonate should it miss.
Pyre Burst: Similar to Pyre Shot, only that instead of a fireball, a speeding and explosive ball of demonic and angelic flames is launched. Unlike Pyre Shot this will detonate on impact.
Pyre Seal: She pulls flames from both sources around her foe. Should they attempt to use magic the seal will strike them from opposing sides and prevent the spell from working. Physical prowess, however, is unaffected.
Heaven's Wrath: A spell of light that is simply a searing beam of light from above. This is formed by tracing a complicated angelic glyph and throwing it into the air. It strikes a random foe.
Hellfury: She traces a demonic glyph into the air before grabbing it and frisbeeing it towards a foe. Once it connects it drops to the floor and sleps beneath them, following their movements, calling a plume of demonic fire up. The glyph is a complicated one.
Judgement: Calling upon both sides of her heritage, she calls demonic flames from below around a foe before striking with 6 angelic blades. She finishes by teleporting above the foe and summoning a 7th blade, born of demonic and Angelic energies, launched at the victim. Using this spell is dangerous for her as it causes a lot of mental backlash and runs the risk of knocking her unconscious from the strain of channelling that much power.

Personality: She am extremely suspicious of people She doesn't know. It is very hard to gain her trust and it may come off that she's a snobby bitch. Really She's just scared to lose people she's befriended, in case she outlives them. Those that do gain her trust, however, will find she's a very caring and compassionate woman willing to lay down her life to protect those that need protection. Too many, however, go by first impressions so the number of the latter that still live is none. She refuses to let anyone touch the amulet.
History:Her life unknown due to a memory erasure 800 years prior most of her life after is shouded in as much mystery. She appears without explanation in random places, as she leads a nomadic life.

There are rumours that she had a relationship with patherkin at one point in her life. Afterwards she was seen with the amulet she now wears, refusing to even say anything about him save his name. She makes regular trips to a paticular maple tree that bears a lone grave with the same name as the one on her amulet.

Eyes: Missin' one, if ye hadn't noticed. The patch be pure gold, set into my skull. The other is grey.
Hair: Hair, I'm bald, ya blind shit. My beard is white, growing to my knees.
Skin: Scarred as hell, all over my body. Little pale, even for a dwarf, and a wee bit thinner then it used to be.
Clothing/Armor: Chainmail armor, made of mithril. Chain Shirt and greaves, leather gloves cloth pants, and leather boots.
Weapons: My home forged dwarven war axe, made out of red hot steel, as well as some ‘splosives I whipped up in mah spare time.
Defensive Items: My thick skull, and maybe yer lifeless corpse if need be. Ye be surprised how well somethings can protect ye in the field.
Extra Items: I like to carry round some of them precious metals, like gold an' silver an' bronze. Well as a few gems. Don't have to worry much about thieves as I'm not that helpless at night, if ye get my meanin'. Some clothes, too, just incase I need ter look nice fer somethin' or other. I also carry around with me a few forgin' type things, if ya understand, and a few tools for weapon care. All these are wrapped up nice in mah backpack.

Skills/Abilities: Huntin', armor and weapon care, explosives, yellin', cussin', drinkin'. Best things in life, yer know? I'm a blacksmith, as well as a good hunter thanks ter mah wolf side. Always had a penchant fer explosives. The last three come with bein' a dwarf. I'm also not bad in a fight, and am still pretty quick in mah old age.

Weaknesses: Oh, just the usual. Silver, poison. Not very good against or with magic either, to tell ye the trut- well wait, the hell am I tellin' ye this fer?

Personality: Well, I know I'm not the most pleasant soul on the planet, but hey, I've dealt with a lot o' idiots in mah time, and damnit, I'm old, I'll be grumpy if I damn well please. I'll tell ye though, I got a soft spot fer children. And you always defend yer honor boy. Nuthin' more important than a dwarve's honor. And always, always be respectable to women and those of a higher stature than yerself, unless they don't deserve it.

History: My throat's dry from talkin', and it brings up bad memories. Maybe I'll tell ye one day, if ye aren’t one of them annoying, let’s-talk-’bout-errything types, that is.

Bringing out a five year old Character, (Who hasn't been used in that time), and thought, WHY NOT! (Yes, she's pretty much Thresh from League, but I changed her a little.)

Name: Goes by 'Aya' (Real name is unknown. Presumably forgotten.)

Appearance: Aya

Abilities:

Soul Hunger: Aya constantly harvests souls of the fallen around her, improving her own combat 'stats' as she does, storing the souls in her lantern forever.

Death's embrace: Aya throws her 'scythe' out to catch her target, she then pulls the target to her and also walks towards them. Upon reaching her target, Aya simply laughs as she pulls the scythe through them if possible, or she'll unhook them and bring the scythe down onto them.

Soul Walker: Aya throws her lantern out to harvest souls at a distance, The lantern can also be picked up by allies and Aya will pull them to her. In addition, When thrown, the lantern begins to emit an ominous feel and fear enemies near it and force them to back away.

Agony's Sentence: Aya's scythe 'emits' a sense of dread, making weak willed enemies fear her very presence if they are too close to her, when she wounds an enemy with the Scythe, they begin to bleed and the wound 'burns' with the strength of all their wrong doings. (Tuned down Ghost rider thing.)

No Escape: Aya summons an 'arena' of spectral walls around her and pulls enemies towards it, if they break the walls, their souls are torn from their body and Aya harvests them, Using this causes Aya to collapse and needs to rest, despite the harvesting, making her very vulnerable during this time. (Usually taking a day or two to recover from this, makes it a last resort.)

Spectral Walker: Aya's body returns to the realm of the 'spirits' and allows her to remain unharmed for a few seconds, when her body returns to the 'mortal' realm, she is temporarily weakened, but her strength returns after a few seconds.

History: Aya's past is pretty much unknown, however, there are 'stories' of a 'warden' that haunts a Prison, Prisoners who break the rules are later found dead in their cells, seemingly untouched but dead, their very souls ripped from their body by the 'chain warden'. Prisoners whisper that if you hear the sound of dragging chains, then you are next on the 'Chain Wardens' list and you should say your prayers.

Personality: Aya is cold and distant, her only focus is harvesting souls to trap forever and torture to her own delight, she speaks with a 'spectral' voice and often lets the chains drag as she walks, helping her instill fear into those that know her name.

Name: E-Series Subject 1120 Taurus: Codename "Bookman"
Age: 42, appears a mere 21.
Gender: Shockingly enough, Bookman is, in fact, male. He has the bits to prove it, too.

Voice: Befitting his build, Bookman's voice is a rocky, profoundly deep sound. If he was sitting still you'd swear he was a giant man-shaped talking boulder. Given the nature of his powers, however, this need not necessarily be the voice one hears from him.

Appearance: Big. Huge. Built to crush mountains, some might say. Bookman stands erect at seven feet tall give or take a few millimetres, and is four feet broad at the shoulder. His size is comprised of heavy, specifically engineered bones as strong as titanium and heavy as steel, and layers upon layers of rocky muscle. Every piece of him is scaled to match, with large, cat-like golden eyes, thick black hair that curls and twists in a naturally untamable mane down to his gargantuan shoulders. He has pristinely white teeth reminiscent of tombstones for their size and shape, with a foolish grin that sometimes seems to split his face in two. His arms are like the trunks of mighty oak trees, hands big enough to carry a small child in it. He stands on thick, tremendous legs and colossal feet the size of some algebra textbooks. He's absurdly big in every dimension, ye dig?

Clothing: Typically, clothing such an ogresque would be a tailoring nightmare. His power however has allowed him to fashion his wardrobe and keep it in good repair. He wears a sleeveless grey shirt that clings to emphasise the slabs of muscle adorning his torso, as well as a heavy black leather longcoat that he generally keeps buckled across the chest, which flairs out slightly at the hips and reaches all the way down to his ankles. His pants are simple black denim as well, coming over the dark, muddy-brown leather boots that reach halfway up his calf. In addition, he wears a black-and-grey fedora, because fedoras are awesome things.

Powers: Aside from the awesome strength afforded him by his body, which he rarely draws upon outside of exercise, he only has two superpowers. Oh, but you see, he only needs the two.

Absolute Psychokinesis: Bookman is capable of imposing his will upon the world, manipulating matter and energy as he desires, at will. However, this ability is grounded not in some mystical power, but rather an innate and absolute understanding of how the world around him works. He is a far cry from godlike; he may only manipulate matter and energy. While this affords him god-like power, unlike a god he cannot manipulate abstract concepts, such as the rules of "Truth" and "Lie" that he must know completely in order to use his abilities.

Complete Perception: Bookman is often mistaken for schizophrenic or otherwise completely insane courtesy of his own hand in the schizophrenia of others in any universe not occupied by him. Bookman is able to see, hear, and speak to individuals in other universes, planes of existence, and realities at will. Essentially, this is the perfect excuse to metagame and have comedic moments.

Other Notes: Bookman has a pet siberian husky. This husky is named Jev. Jev is quite intelligent and can speak aloud. No he does not sound like Scooby Doo. Enjoy :D

@Mist That actually might be interesting if you accompany both groups but would he be able to keep up with the others from the "god" group? Their power is diminished by the gems but so is Mist's. If you think he will be ok, just have him catch up to the queen and ask or just have him do it without running it by her first, doesn't matter to me really.

his power should still be roughly equal. The only things that will really be different is that he will be unable to go dragon form or use both of Enigma's powers. Could I wait for Vaas to reply before he leaves as I would probably wait fr the reply then go find the queen.

Everyone is going to get attacked at the castle by something. Not by the same guy as Helianthus. Make it whatever you want but remember all the bad guys have black skin and make sure it is at least a small challenge to beat it. Its not a whole army, just an individual or small group sent after each of you.
