The Auto-Prune

In an effort to keep up with the massive amount of roleplays as well as reduce stress on the admins and moderators, the auto-prune has gone into effect. The auto-prune is an automatic computer system that will send threads into the Inactive Threads subforum after a certain amount of days without a post. Currently, it applies to all roleplaying forums.

The roleplay ICs will be sent to the Inactive Thread subforum after 45 days without a post. Roleplay OOCs will be sent to the subforum after 60 days without a post. 

The tricky part is when the Inactive Threads will be emptied. My goal is to have it coincide with the RP of the Quarter contest. Therefore, Inactive Threads will be deleted after an RP of the Quarter has been named. 

I ask you, the member, to please inform me of any roleplays you wish to keep. Currently, I am looking at emptying the Inactive Thread subforum on 30 August 2013. Once again, this is an automatic system. If there are biographies you want to copy, a storyline you want to save, please PM me and I can hold off on its deletion. I will not know unless you tell me.
